NA-92                              

 NA-92 is a sorbitol base clarifier for polypropylene, with low melting point, good dispersion, good transparency and wide processing window.

Properties:

White powder, insoluble in water or organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, benzene, toluene and cyclohexane. Gelatinous function results in its organic solvent.

Applications：

NA-92 is suitable for homo-polypropylene and co-polypropylene with different melting index. It obviously improves the transparency, gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP product, improves HDT and dimension stability of final product. 

Usages:

Mix NA-92 and resin, process into product through extrusion or injection molding. In order to improve the dispersion, it is recommended to make NA-92 into master batch or NDO.

Recommended dosage is 0.1～0.3%, and extruding temperature between 190~230℃.

Packaging and Storage:

Packed in PE bag,10kg net each.

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
